Bolle di Sapone: come farle in casa

Soap Bubbles: how to make them at home

Soap bubbles are a fun activity for children and offer a pleasant pastime for parents too. Right now, in the heart of the summer season, children are eager to run and play outdoors and gaze up at the sky to watch the bubbles fly.

If you have an old bubble container that is almost empty, don't throw it away!
We will explain how to create soap bubbles right in your own home, turning this game into an engaging and creative experience.

To prepare bubbles of different sizes, here is what you need.

For small and medium bubbles:

- 1.25 liters of distilled water
- 120 grams of concentrated dish soap
- 1 tablespoon of glycerin

Procedure.
Mix the warm distilled water with the concentrated dish soap and add the glycerin. This solution will allow you to create bubbles of various sizes, and if you wish to make the bubbles more resistant, you can add more concentrated dish soap and glycerin.

For resistant soap bubbles

- 4 tablespoons of powdered soap
- 4 cups of hot water
- 1 tablespoon of sugar or honey

Procedure.
Mix the powdered soap with the hot water and let it rest for three days. Then add sugar or honey and mix well to obtain extremely resistant bubbles, perfect for entertaining children of all ages in an unforgettable play experience.

And for those who love giant bubbles, simply triple or even quintuple the previous doses, pour the mixture into a basin, and arm yourself with a piece of string about 2 meters long. By tying wooden sticks to the two ends of the string and gently dipping the doubled string into the liquid, you can create huge bubbles between the sticks, letting them detach and float in the air with a magical and spectacular effect. A fun and creative activity for all ages!

Have fun!
