Shipping policy

Shipping of products purchased on https://www.regenerateditaly.com/ will be delivered through express couriers GLS, DHL, UPS, FEDEX.

The shipping times may vary depending on the Country, region, or specific location: consider 2/4 working days for Italy and 5/7 working days for the rest of the world. The customer will receive a link through which to monitor the shipment of their order.

In any case, the Seller undertakes to deliver within a maximum of 30 (thirty) days from the date of sending the confirmation email.

Working days are calculated from the shipment of the order from our warehouses. For orders placed by credit card, in addition to the normal shipping times, one working day must be added for normal administrative checks. By "working days" we mean from Monday to Friday, excluding Italian national holidays.

The Parties acknowledge that:

- if the Customer is absent at the time of delivery to the address indicated by the Customer, a further delivery attempt is assured; in this case, the courier will leave a notice to inform the Customer that a second delivery attempt will be made on the next working day; i

- n case of the Customer's absence even on that day (second attempt), the Customer will be contacted by the carrier to arrange a new delivery attempt of the Product ordered. If this attempt is also unsuccessful, the Product will be placed in so-called "storage" for 10 days at the carrier's branch closest to the shipping address provided by the Customer. During this period, the Customer will be contacted by the Seller's customer service to unlock the storage. If the Product is not collected within the storage period, the Order will be deemed canceled, and the carrier will return the Product to the Seller, who will refund any sums already paid by the Customer using the same payment method (net of return costs incurred by the Seller).

 

Delivery

The indicated shipping and delivery times are to be considered purely indicative and not exhaustive; therefore, ReGenerated S.r.l. assumes no responsibility in case of delivery by the courier beyond the indicated terms.

We also point out that during national holidays, deliveries may be delayed, and ReGenerated S.r.l. cannot be held responsible for any reason.

The delivery date is considered coincident with the first delivery attempt to the address, even in case of refusal or absence of the recipient. In case of refusal of goods shipped cash on delivery, the company may recover the expenses incurred for shipping from the defaulting customer. ReGenerated S.r.l. cannot be held responsible for delivery errors due to inaccuracies or incompleteness in the completion of the purchase order by the User, for damages that may have occurred to the products after delivery to the carrier, or for delivery delays attributable to the carrier.

Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the customer is required to verify that the number of packages corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document and that the packaging is not damaged, wet, or altered. Such eventualities must be immediately reported to the courier and communicated to ReGenerated S.r.l. within 3 days of delivery. Once the courier's document is signed, the Customer cannot raise any objections regarding the external characteristics of what has been delivered (ART. 1698 COD.CIV.).
