Providing your data does not mean losing control over it; quite the opposite! This is because you have a series of rights. Some apply to all data processing concerning you, while others depend on the type of processing in question and, in particular, on the legal basis of the processing itself (contract, legal obligation, consent, legitimate interest, etc.). Below is a brief description of these rights and how to exercise them.
For more detailed information on the rights related to the processing of data concerning you, we invite you to consult the "Your Rights" section included in the description of the relevant processing.
Right of access This right allows you to ask us for information about the nature of the data processing concerning you (type of data, collection methods, etc.). It also allows you to request a copy of all information concerning you. This right applies regardless of the legal grounds for the processing concerning you.
Right to rectification Many situations may require updating of data: relocation, marriage, new sport, etc. The right to rectification exists precisely for this reason. This right applies regardless of the legal basis for the processing concerning you.
Right to object This is the right to say "no," i.e., the right not to be included in data processing or the right not to be included anymore. This right applies when the processing is based on a "legitimate interest" of Regenerated Italy, provided that such interest is not "compelling," or when you want to withdraw the consent given, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before the withdrawal.
Right to erasure This is the right to be forgotten, and it is understandably within your exercise options: Regenerated Italy has no reason to store your data when it is no longer needed. All data concerning you are automatically deleted at the end of the storage period indicated at the time of data collection. If your data are subject to processing based on your consent or the legitimate interest of Regenerated Italy, you can delete your data in advance. How? Simply by expressing the desire to withdraw consent or to exercise the right to object to processing.
Right to data portability This right entitles you to obtain data concerning you, provided that such data are subject to processing on the basis of your consent or a contractual relationship. How does it differ from the right of access? We are obliged to provide you with the data in a format that can be technically used by you or by an entity other than Regenerated Italy.
You can contact us and exercise these rights at this email:
To ensure a complete, efficient, and exhaustive response, please do not forget to: indicate the type of processing for which the exercise of the right is requested indicate which of the above rights you intend to exercise send us a copy of your valid identification document (we ask you to do so in your interest, in order to verify that the requester is actually the person involved in the processing).
